Arrogance and Pride — What goes around . . .

Elliot Spitzer a Harvard Law School graduate was brutal in his attacks on civilians when he was Attorney General of New York. When he became Governor he did not change. He continued to bully his way through any and all opposition calling himself a "f***ing steamroller." When he could not get his way he would ridicule and humiliate his opposition. But his targets were elected officials and corporations and criminal enterprises. Before being exposed violating the money laundering laws he was using state police officers to investigate his Republican opponents. His polls were down to the levels of the US Congress, about 30 percent approval. That was before the scandal that caused him to resign.

I am a white heterosexual male with a legal disability. I am not a mental patient as the Police say. Nonetheless Harvard police and Harvard administrators and Harvard faculty join in a 40-year program of abuse using homosexuals and persons of color. Is it just Harvard Law School, which trains its students to be psychopaths? Or is it a Harvard tradition?

One look at the Cambridge City Council shows that it may be all of the University schools. Marjorie Decker has a recent MA degree from the prestigious school of government. She ignores the laws. Brian Murphy is a Harvard lawyer. He obeys the homosexual lobby and their unlawful desires. Ken Reeves is a Harvard College graduate. He is clueless about council rules and laws that may apply to his country, his city and his state. It is not clear what he learned in law school if he learned anything.

The Assistant City Manager for Human Services is another Harvard Law School Graduate. She joins the City Attorney writing unlawful city ordinances, which selectively apply US laws to persons with disabilities. This is one of the Harvard lawyers who set and implement the laws in this lawless city.

The big bully Harvard-Governor of New York was exposed by his own deceptive actions trying to cover up his money transfers. It was the money laundering laws that triggered his downfall. He reaped what he sowed.

While this goes on in the national media, a group of Harvard mercenary psychopaths continue to abuse me. They think that they are above the laws of man like Elliot Spitzer. This is not a unique example of the arrogance and abuses of power by Harvard officials. They ensure that in Cambridge they will not be held accountable by electing spineless vain candidates. They all have a relaxed sense of rectitude.

Clueless Cambridge Voters and Officials

Most Cambridge voters are clueless about what the Plan E form of government requires. They believe that the Mayor and the City Council have the same powers as in other cities where the Mayor and the City Councilors have real power. Alas in Cambridge the Mayor is little more than the chairman of the City Council meetings and the chairman of the School Committee meetings. The Cambridge Mayor gets a little more in expenses to hire an extra administrative assistant. None of the elected officials are eager to dissuade the misguided beliefs of the voters. Mayor Reeves loved going to conferences as the Mayor of Cambridge. I bet he did not explain that he had little more power than any other city councilor. Perhaps that is why he needed an oversized expense budget so that he might appear to be a real Mayor. One of many hilarious situations for Reeves was declaring that the Cambridge Chronicle the oldest weekly in the country was not a real newspaper. The laugh was on him. He was not a real Mayor.

What makes this lack of knowledge about Plan E even more troubling and problematic is that few of the City Councilors know the law either. At a roundtable meeting on February 25, 2008 the City Manager lectured the council about Mass General laws Chapter 43 Section 107.

That statute prohibits any city councilor from interacting with any City Manager appointee without going through the City Manager. They may interact only for informational purposes. The penalties for violations are severe. They include prison, fines, removal from office and a bar for life from running for office.

At the February 11, 2008 meeting of the City Council second term councilor Craig Kelley, a lawyer, was negotiating with the City Manager about his emails to city employees. The Manager explained that the statute is very clear. But Kelley asked "Is it OK if I send an email to you and a copy to the employee?"

Councilors on guns

Councilor Davis and lately Ken Reeves lament guns in our society. They ignore the research as reported by John Lott, in his book, More Guns, Less Crime. Limousine progressives are unable to distinguish between legal and illegal -- guns and immigrants.

Reeves on worldwide hate crimes.

Councilor Reeves, the longest serving councilor introduced an order that the city council take notice of hate crimes worldwide. Will that include the 8 teenaged seminary students murdered by hate-filled Palestinian gunmen?

Will it include the Alton IL developmentally disabled woman murdered by six persons? Will it include the two Southern white female college students allegedly murdered by black men? Will it include the abuse of the Florida black woman deputy sheriff who dumped a white male paraplegic from his wheelchair, while two black women deputies watched?

The recent drug-related shootings and the abuse of Kathy Podgers will be ignored. They happened in Cambridge and those incidents are not to be discussed.

Sharing the American Dream

Cadillac Deval has two McMansions and drives a Cadillac at taxpayer expense when gas prices continue to skyrocket. He promotes gambling casinos which prey on poor uneducated persons. He is not a green governor, yet the elite limousine progressives love him. He is a Harvard Corporate lawyer advocating for the gambling industry masquerading as a civil rights attorney. Ahem!

Shooting at the Wrong Target

At most meetings of the Council and at special meetings of her council committee, Marjorie Decker the most sincere of the 9 councilors pleads for restoring the OB-GYN services at the Windsor Street Clinic. She and the many upper class feminists demand that the services be restored. They say it is a major inconvenience for any of the poor women who have no other place to get such services for them to have to travel across the city about one mile and one half to the Cambridge City Hospital. Asking for a taxi voucher is demeaning. Having to take a bus is an unnatural imposition. Here is an example of how distorted the city's upper classes' views of reality are.

In other countries there are no neighborhood clinics. Women have to walk for days to get medical care. On 60 Minutes on Sunday March 2, 2008 a group called Remote Area Medical was shown having a weekend clinic near Knoxville Tennessee. Some people drove 200 miles to get a dental exam. One man had an impacted wisdom tooth for two months. That was in America.

In New York there is another problem that the Cambridge and MA liberals continue to ignore. "[M]any OB/GYNs are abandoning the obstetrics part of their practice because their liability premiums drop by more than half if they stop delivering babies. That's left a number of counties where pregnant woman just can't find a doctor within easy traveling distance." (Robert B. Goldberg, "Docs on the rocks," New York Post, March 4, 2008, page 29) The problem is more complex than throwing tantrums as Decker and feminists do. Insurance companies raise their rates for medical-malpractice. Councilor Decker and her feminist supporters need to look at how the insurance industry controls the medical profession these days. But also at the tort lawyer community which brings the actions.

And finally much scrutiny is needed of the men and women who are licensed to perform the art of medicine. If they were not making egregious errors there would be no lawsuits. But it is much easier for Decker to talk for ten minutes every meeting increasing global warming and blaming the politician-administrator at the Cambridge Health Alliance, who has a little more spine than any councilor. He is willing to stand up to Decker and the feminists. That's something.

The Cambridge Department of Awards

It appears that the City needs another Assistant City Manager. This would be to administer the many awards that the city gets. It is difficult to keep track of them all and to schedule hearings and celebrations before the many committees who need the awards.

The latest award that Cambridge received was as the Most Walk-able City. Each year Cambridge gets awards. They have little to do with reality. They are usually feel good measures for the clueless voters. It makes them feel good that they live in Cambridge. It is the same as those wannabes who hope to have some of Harvard's and MIT's prestige rub off on them.

Cambridge got an award for being the best Cable access station. When I called to inquire how they determined that, none of the award giver committee members would answer my questions. I began to wonder if one can purchase these awards.

National Organization on Disability declared Cambridge the most accessible city. When I called to the NOD asking why, they did not give any answers. I suspect US Senator Ted Kennedy played a role in that.

Then there is the Triple A bond rating for nine years. This year the Attorney General of New York began investigating the three rating agencies for fraud.

The first time I wondered about awards was after reading about the three men who discovered that ether could be used as an anesthetic. They worked at Mass General Hospital. They began by fooling around inhaling the gas. When the realized the importance they became heroes in history. But their contemporaries gave them no rewards. One died as a pauper. One died on a public bench. So I began wondering about all of the awards that famous people get. The real inventors and developers of some benefit to humanity do not get rewards for their efforts. Politicians especially get a lot of awards. And they are expert deceivers.

World Class Parochialism

Ken Reeves and Henrietta Davis promote the idea of Cambridge as a world-class-city. The councilors express their love for the city. They demonstrate their hatred for humans who live in the city, but that is another matter. At the February 11, 2008 meeting of the Council several councilors expressed their desire to ensure that 100 percent of affordable housing goes to Cambridge residents.

The fact that it is illegal to do that does not matter to these small-minded politicians. They say that city resources should go to city residents. But the city gets state funds for affordable housing from taxpayers in other parts of the state who should get no benefit according to these officials. That is how David Maher, a fund-raiser for a non-profit, Tim Toomey and Marjorie Decker argue. No councilor asserted the legal requirements of using the state funds. That shows the city is a lawless city. No public official not even the police department believes that laws should be enforced. Harvard gets special privileges. City employees get privileges.

A Fresh Psychopath

On Tuesday March 4, 2008 a two-person team of a communist from Atlanta and a homosexual associate of the Bulger crime family who works for the police were in apartment #22 at 85 Prescott Street. They conducted relentless assaults using high tech electrical weapons. For eight consecutive days the New York Post, which I have delivered, has not appeared. This is a favorite form of harassment, stealing the daily newspapers. In December 2007 they stole it 16 of 31 days. So far in March 2008 ten of the past 11 days.

Currently there are two homosexuals conducting the harassment. Both are Harvard affiliates. One is reported to be an Instructor. The other is reportedly a black homosexual who likes to pretend to be a woman dressing as the wife of a neighbor.

They alternate with four organized crime families who throw history down the memory hole denying the 40 years of abuses by the FBI and 9 organized crime families. The Genovese family, the Bulger crime family, Atlanta based crime family, and the midwestern crime family. They all do the same thing disturbing my sleep, assaulting me with electrical weapons, slandering and harassing me as I travel about the area.

On or about March 5, 2208 a fresh face appeared in apartment #22 at 85 Prescott Street. This male declared the latest "shoes" for me. For this round of harassment they say I am a Communist not working for the police. This protects them.

On Saturday March 8, 2008 at about 10:30 AM a white male, perhaps one of the latest psychopaths rang my doorbell then asked for a woman. He has short graying brown hair. He is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 150. This is a pattern of the crime families when a new assailant begins his two or three weeks of abuses.

When he is unable to accomplish his objective, heart attack or stroke, forcing me to live with one of the trained women who work for the crime family or to have me arrested or beaten, they usually prevent me from sleeping for 7 to 14 days as a last gasp attempt. This is the pattern developed over 40 years of abuses that the delightful politicians who hate crime in Siberia and the Yukon Territory permit to continue in their own city that they love.

The FBI never compensated me for the 15 years of abuse during which my sister and some friends were murdered by organized crime. Unlike the hitmen for the Bulger crime families who murdered 10 to 20 civilians, the FBI did not reward me with $20,000. They coordinate the 9 organized crime families to prevent them from tripping over each other as they harass me each day. They steal newspapers I have delivered. Or they order the carrier not to deliver it. They deprive me of sleep and slander me using lesbians and homosexuals employed by the local government. Many of them are FBI informants too. They punish me as a reward.

During this presidential campaign where the candidate of change raised about $175 million dollars for self-promotion and to pay depraved political consultants and media billionaires, no one speaks about FBI corruption. No one speaks about the thorough corruption of local government police agencies and the courts.

Even the PBS weekly show NOW broadcast an opinion that the greatest threat to democracy is corruption. That shows that even among limousine liberals they at least are aware of corruption being a problem. Cambridge government gets awards.
