Déjà Vu All Over Again

Honorable City Councilors,

Harvard Foreign Mercenaries

Beginning on or about May 2, 2007 Harvard Real Estate began using homosexual Communists from Texas and Georgia for harassment in apartment 22 at 85 Prescott Street. Twenty-year-old homosexual men and lesbians began surveillance and harassment as I traveled for local errands. They conducted the same lame patterns of harassment using young women, mostly man-hating lesbians as bait. It appears that one more team of mercenary morons is now employed acting out the same tired FBI profile created and repeated scores of times since 1970.

This was after several weeks of threats from Italian American criminals who occupy apartment #22 beginning at about 3:00am each night and disturbing my sleep using high tech electrical weapons for harassment. They cause my computer to crash and prevent me from thinking clearly.

The racist homosexual black Cambridge police officer from Medford was active for a few days in May as well. He is the one who likes to play dress up and to pretend to be Sicilian.

With all of the intense efforts at diversity in Cambridge at Harvard and MIT, most of these criminals are Black Americans, Jewish Americans and Italian Americans. They associate only with their own kind. These are criminal police informants.

Some are psychologists and some are FBI informants, using the same FBI profile used since 1970 for character assassination. They omit the 11 years of abuses by Communists and the FBI in New York and New Jersey who used me as a police decoy to fight organized crime. These young people are picking at the carcass after many years of abuses by other Communists and crime families and delightful FBI informants.

This is an ongoing project of homosexuals in the FBI (is that redundant?) and homosexual Communists who continue to conduct an illegal brutal human experiment to make me a homosexual. Some crime families join in this sexual project. Other crime families say that I am a Communist. This is now 37 years of criminal abuse by Communists, FBI informants and crime families directed by Stanley Milgram's army of obedient drones doing what they are told.

Are there so few Communists and homosexuals in Cambridge and in Massachusetts to conduct this abuse that Harvard needs to import them from Texas and Georgia? On Thursday May 10, 2007 they began at 6:00am, by stealing my newspaper, which I have delivered. Then a bus parked outside my window at about 7:30am, idling for about five minutes. This is another regular form of harassment.

According to several books on the FBI this is the kind of infantile harassment that they focus on. We should be grateful to the employee of Circuit City who exposed the plot to attack soldiers at Fort Dix, NJ. The FBI or Homeland Security did not discover this plot. What would we do without Circuit City? The FBI and the police spend their time harassing me. I just do the job that Americans refuse to do i.e., watching the local government and criticizing them when they violate the laws. This is intolerable for the FBI, the elected criminal class, the police and the Communists who encourage unlawful behavior. They want people to lose respect for the government. They want to be the only ones who watch and participate. The FBI declares, "We are the law!"

On Saturday and Sunday May 12-13, 2007 homosexuals from New York and New Jersey were active in apartment #22 at 85 Prescott Street. They conducted surveillance and harassment as I traveled to local libraries.

On Sunday night and Monday May 13-14, 2007 the current partner of the occupant of apartment #3 was in apartment #22 at 85 Prescott Street. This is the man who is alleged to be a homosexual associate of the New England crime family. He often stands on the stoop wearing little clothing as I enter and leave the building, exhibitionism performed for me. How delightful.

The pattern of homosexual Communists, homosexual police, FBI informants and homosexual associates of organized crime taking turns continues in apartment #22 to conduct surveillance and to harass me as I try to read, write and edit. These crime families operate openly in Cambridge and at Harvard with the knowledge of the City Council the City Manager and the General Counsel of Harvard. The FBI, still under direction of the Bulger crime family, stands by and watches. Their official position is, "He will come around." Around to what? Submitting to the criminal government in Massachusetts?

Enabling Identity Theft

Wi-Fi makes it easier to steal personal data, e.g., credit card numbers, social security numbers, your personal likes and dislikes. All hail biotechnology, and its billions of dollars and freebies for politicians.

High tech weapons are good. City Councilors do not want to hear about using vulnerable persons for experimentation without consent, e.g., using electronic harassment weapons on unpopular persons for speculative treatment of made up mental illnesses. This is a long-term abuse at Harvard and at MIT, where researchers with taxpayer grants enjoy annoying others. The research organizations hire local members of organized crime and students sin integrity. The technician drones accept the dehumanizing allegations about their targets.

City Councilors lament over and over again and again, the fact that young people refuse to cooperate with the police, even when they are victims of violence. The same City Councilors remain silent about the refusal of the Executive Director of the Police Review Board and the Human Rights Commission to snitch on violations by city police and city officials. The Police Review Board protects police abuses. The Executive Director is not a snitch. He works for the police not the civilians. He extends this attitude in the Human Rights Commission where he protects city officials' abuses. The City Manager, the Deputy City Manager and Councilor Sullivan all protected the Mad Dog Executive Director of the Police Review Board from the scary questions of Councilor Decker during the budget hearing on Monday May 14, 2007. They answered the questions for him.

The Executive Director refuses to snitch on city employees claiming a conflict of interest. This is a curious claim when 14-year-city councilor Michael Sullivan found no conflict of interest in being a Councilor and the Clerk of the Middlesex Courts at the same time. Power certainly is an aphrodisiac for politicians not just the women who love them.

Psychiatric Abuses of Power

Psychiatrists love manipulating politicians unaware of their contradictions due to vanity. Psychiatrists are mostly control freaks. Having the time to study your prey makes it easy to see what the prey cannot see.

Will anti-depressants save the US from suicide? Many drug corporations and the psychiatric industry lament the potential for suicide among young people. It is an epidemic if corporate interests are to be believed. But none of them seem to care that while they watch medicated young people kill themselves and others they are either unaware of or do not care while the nation kills itself in the name of therapy.

What kind of anti-depressant will keep the democratic republic alive? Does the nation need more hate speech laws? Does it need more protections for homosexuals, women and African Americans who are overthrowing the leadership positions held by persons with disabilities?

Will more therapy reduce the gap between what CEOs and ordinary civilians earn? Will more efforts rewarding citizens of El Salvador with 10-day vacations to visit America help end the suicide of the nation? The City Council must increase its recognition of the Nuclear War Commissioner. For 21 years there was no nuclear War in El Salvador. Not one nuclear weapon was set off in El Salvador America's most loyal ally.

Test TASERs on Persons with Disabilities

Cambridge police want to use TASERs on persons with disabilities. They say that persons with disabilities have greater than normal strength. That must be why so many people attack them all of the time. The weak try to provoke these stronger-than-others persons with disabilities. But the police, repeating TASER corporation claims say that persons with disabilities have a greater tolerance for pain. That is another reason why so many people attack persons with disabilities. They want to see how much pain they can tolerate. Then they can write a paper for a medical journal and get tenure!

Public Safety, Low Priority Sinecure

Public safety is not a priority in Massachusetts. Paying public safety officers is a high priority in this state. For four years Cambridge's and Harvard's own state Senator Barrios is the chairman of the Public Safety committee at the state house. What is his legacy? The medical examiner's office loses bodies and collects bodies. The office buries bodies in wrong graves.

The state crime lab withholds DNA samples from rape suspects until after the statute of limitations has run. Was anyone paid to do this? Was it a public service to protect white heterosexual men from false accusations of women?

What was Senator Barrios doing? He spent his time lobbying for same sex marriage. He spent his time sponsoring bills, to prohibit driving while watching DVDs, to protect schools from toxic waste and marshmallow fluff. He sponsored a bill to protect the mortgage industry from losing all of their investments.

Politicians are moving into leadership positions in colleges and universities. More and more problems arise, from shootings and violent crimes on campuses to wholesale selling of grades. Has David Callahan's Cheating Culture extended into and corrupted the academic communities as well as the secular and political communities?

The health care industry in this country is another bottomless pit wasting taxpayer funds and killing people through the negligence of medical professionals. Is the former State Senate President being brought in to explain why so much money is needed to make the health care system worse than it is?

Harvard Lawlessness Continues

Local ordinances are seldom enforced when the violators are multi-billion-dollar education corporations. It seems that personhood goes only so far. Corporations are persons only if they need constitutional rights meant for humans. When it comes to being held accountable there is no need to do so. They are after all only corporations.

Thus Harvard can use their delivery loading dock beginning at 7:00am and continuing until 1:00am or 2:00am. On Friday May 12, 2007 Petersen's Party Center had two trucks one on the street beginning at about 9:00pm and were still loading furniture at about 11:15pm. On Saturday May 13, 2007 Petersen's Party Center had a truck loading at the rear of the Fogg Museum from 9:00pm until about 11:00pm.

On Monday May 14, 2007 Cuisine Chez Vous had a truck parked at the loading dock at the rear of the Fogg from about 9:30pm until about midnight.

On Monday May 14, 2007 at about 10:00pm I saw a vehicle parked in a Fire Lane zone behind 85-95 Prescott Street, a Black two-door Ford pick up truck with MA license plate number 73G K27. I did not see any Cambridge resident parking decal.

At about 11:00pm I saw two others in the driveway between 85-95 Prescott Street and the Sackler Museum. One was a black Chevrolet SUV, with MA license plate number 201 PFG. The other was a 4-door maroon Mazda with MA license plate number 4982 TH. These may be the private security guards employed by Harvard who have no place to park and so park where they want to park creating a fire hazard. Previous complaints to the Fire Commissioner were replied to with a promise to keep watch on the area.

Harvard University Police continue to use Mass Avenue in front of 1050 and 1038 Mass Avenue in a no stopping zone for their parking lot for shift changes. On Sunday and Monday May 13,14, 2007 at about 11:00pm I saw a HUPD police car parked on Mass Ave. at that location with no officer in it. Usually at about 4:00pm they line up four or five at a time blocking the free flow of traffic during afternoon rush hour.

Cambridge is a moral city?

The uninitiated may not understand why the City Council and the City Manager refuse to address deprivations of basic rights for persons with disabilities in Cambridge. The explanation is simply that the city government reflects the morality of the population. "American social ethics seems to find it possible to be very non-supportive of the indigent and the impoverished." Amartya Sen, Development as Freedom, Alfred A. Knopf, New York, 1999, page 95.

Perhaps it is time to ban heterosexuals in Cambridge. Or maybe just white heterosexual males. This will make it possible to purge the city of the source of all evil.
