An Object Lesson in the Loss of Credibility
(or how to marginalize yourself before public officials)

The meetings of the Cambridge City Council are just about as publicly accessible as you’ll find anywhere from coast to coast, especially when it comes to public comment and the communications that are received and made part of the public record. While it is generally a good idea to speak your mind, there are some marvelous examples in the materials for most City Council meetings of how to destroy your credibility (assuming you still have any) in your own words. Below is an example of one such communication (Communication #10 of the August 2, 2004 City Council meeting). The author is actually a reasonably intelligent guy and even possesses a sense of humor. Nonetheless, he routinely discards all credibility with missives like the one below.

Here it is, for your entertainment and enlightenment.

This is another in a series of reports on abuses of police power by gay and lesbian police informants in Cambridge. The gay and lesbian police criminals who lead the harassment occupy apartment #2 at 474 Broadway, and apartment #4 at 474 Broadway. They often consult with Harvard University Police and one of the owners at the Broadway Market. They are joined by gay police, mostly socialists, but also from the midwestern crime family and the Kennedy cult from New York City, New Jersey and Philadelphia.

A lesbian psychologist leads the brutal behavior conditioning project of sleep deprivation, and intentional infliction of mental distress, and slander. Local politicians reportedly hire the criminals who use the Harvard building for their 34 year project of character assassination.

Employees of Cambridge Community Television participate in the harassment, both at the station and joining the gay and lesbian couple in apartment #2 for surveillance. Lately they have begun joining internet discussion lists for additional provocations.

Police and government attorneys from New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia, interfere with complaints against the local politicians and the staff of CCTV. They conduct relentless harassment and use psychiatric criminals to discredit me and to slander me.

The same attorneys interfere with my attempts to obtain legal representation to end the abuse.

On Thursday July 15, 2004 after video-taping some of the MACWorld Exposition at the Boston Convention Center, I walked along Summer Street. Near Filene’s department store I saw two teenagers fighting. A man who looked about 35 approached me with a skateboard and blocked the lens of the camera. I asked him to get out of the way, but he continued to block the camera and threatened to “f***ing break” me. He later called me an “old man,” demonstrating his bias toward elderly persons.

On Monday July 26, 2004 at about 10:15 PM returning from a library, I stopped to check at CCTV. As I watched the reporters from Democracy Now and the Independent Media Center enjoying the use of the facilities, the same man approached me in the alley next to CCTV. He asked me if he could help me. I asked his name. He said it was Charlie. I left the area and reported the incident to the Cambridge Police dispatcher who did not send an officer. He told me if I saw the man again I should call again. I am convinced that he is a police informant or US law enforcement informant who like James Bulger, abuses his power for personal reasons.

It is clear that the silence of the local, state and US officials on the thorough corruption of the FBI in Boston encourages them to continue their criminal abuses. Not MA US Sen. John Kerry, who wants to be president, nor his colleague US Sen. Kennedy are concerned with FBI abuses. Like the local politicians, and the state politicians in this one-party state, they are solely concerned with their careers and accumulating power and wealth. Public service is now self-service, in the government of the politicians by the politicians and for the politicians. On July 3, 2004, a former City Councilor told me, “We don’t like public comment here,” referring to my complaints about violations of law and waste of taxpayer funds.

On Tuesday July 13, 2004, I noticed a suspicious vehicle parked near my building. It was a four-door Black BMW with Florida license plates. It had a St. John’s University, and Tufts U. decals on the rear window, and a “Hurricanes” license plate holder.

Later I noticed another suspicious Vehicle; two-door green Honda with New York license plate number A81 1MB. A gay black male resumed harassment at CCTV, and at my apartment. He is reported to be the latest husband of a woman I dated for three months in 1970. Both gay, they are US law enforcement informants who have abused their authority for more than 30 years so far. My complaints to local, state and US authorities have been ignored, demonstrating the complete corruption of the government mechanisms in Massachusetts. A current Cambridge City Councilor is reported to be the local contact for the gay black male.

That James Bulger is a fugitive has not cleansed the thorough corruption of the local, state and US law enforcement agencies in and around Boston. It is one manifestation of such corruption that allows daily harassment and abuse of power, for personal and political purposes. It’s an example of the institutionalized abuses of government in and around Cambridge.

In response to my public protests of psychiatric abuses, a “former” police officer began personal insults on an internet discussion list to discredit me. He is reported to have a business promoting the drugging of children, benefiting the pharmaceutical industry. This shows the open abuse of persons accused of mental illness by police, and alleged professionals. Like the limousine liberals in Cambridge, these alleged professionals do not tolerate any criticism of their abuses of vulnerable persons for profit.

On Saturday July 24, 2004, I noticed a suspicious vehicle parked near my building, a four-door white Dodge with Florida license plates W23 GLY. A white male with a white female were seen in the vehicle. I have no evidence that they are in any way associated with MA State Senator Jarrett Barrios or CCTV’s Executive Director Susan Fleischman, both of whom claim to be originally from Florida.

Nor is there any evidence that the gay police informants and psychologists from New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia are in any way connected with any of the gays or lesbians in state and local government or at CCTV.

On Sunday July 25, 2004 uniformed Cambridge and Somerville police followed me to area libraries and to my apartment. Harvard University Police also participate in surveillance during the month of July. This in addition to their relentless surveillance and harassment at my home.

On Monday July 26, 2004 Cambridge police again conducted uniformed surveillance as I traveled to libraries and to my apartment. Police on an internet list censored my complaints about police abuses. As police usually abuse their power, they accused me of what they do, making up charges.

The Mollen Commission that investigated police corruption in New York calls that “testilying.”

It is one of the reasons why the courts are unreliable and like the legislature are for sale and used for business purposes. Wrongful convictions resulting from police abuses are beginning to be revealed to the public. The findings of the Boston Police, and Suffolk County District Attorney, “Report of the Task Force on Eyewitness Evidence,” July, 2004, are not being applied to faulty comments by criminal psychiatrists who abuse their privileged position, no less than friends or enemies of persons accused of crimes.

The abuses of psychiatrists by police and politicians have yet to be recognized for their life destroying abuses. Psychiatric abuses are still not considered to be abuses by the limousine liberals. The victims of criminal psychiatrists are discredited, just as the victims of the pedophiles masquerading as priests, were discredited for many years.

As gay criminals abused children, so too it is gay criminal police who abuse their police powers tormenting persons accused of mental illness. This is an expected activity by persons claiming to be victims of bias. Ahem! They are simply out of control and pretend to be victims of bias when they are the predators. Local politicians are unable to speak against gay police due to their complete subservience to the Gay and Lesbian Lobby, which controls the FBI; the psychiatric industry, which controls the politicians’ perception of psychiatry as a healing profession; the human services industrial complex, which contributes much taxpayer money to politicians’ campaigns; the pharmaceutical industry, which is able to hold up legislation and change appointees in the US government; and the academic human experimentation lobby.

The Cambridge government leaders are unable to address a police murder of a man accused of a disability in July, 2002. The City Manager violates City ordinance openly and state laws covertly with the City Attorney on behalf of Harvard’s real estate empire. The City leaders are unable to speak out on abuses of vulnerable citizens who are murdered by police. It is hardly reasonable to expect that they will speak out on anything they are not paid to speak out on.

Beginning on Tuesday evening July 27, 2004 continuing into Wednesday July 28, 2004 an Italian American police officer or informant from New York was in apartment #2 at 474 Broadway assaulting me with electronic weapons, to my body until 8 AM. On Wednesday July 28, 2004 two gay police informants from New Jersey and operating at Harvard University followed me for their psychopathic pleasure. One of them has a connection to Paul and/or Robert Stilling of Closter, NJ, and the Harvard University Press at 79 Garden Street.

All of the above is in addition to the daily, every day, each day, and each night, every night of relentless harassment by the female creep psychologist who uses apartment #2 at 474 Broadway working with the Asian male Chinese American in apartment #4 , and her partner John Maclane. They consult with one of the owners at the Broadway Market, who is himself apparently associated with the Harvard University Police.

The female psychopath continues to disturb my sleep every night until 6 to 8 AM each day. It is called “reverse sleep patterning.” One of the many forms of abuse used by US intelligence agencies on Iraqi prisoners. It’s a standard technique used for torment by government agencies.
